All orders can only be shipped within the 50 states and orders cannot be shipped to PO Box addresses.
Most items are shipped in 5-7 business days.
For the safe delivery of your purchase a signature is required.
A shipping notification is emailed to you, notifying you of the date of delivery.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you are able to return it free of charge. Please contact us at 1-800-778-5380 to receive your authorization code.
Once you have received your authorization code, we will email you a return Fedex shipping label
All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of your purchase.
All items returned must be in their original condition, unworn and not damaged.
In order to be able to process your return you will need to place the jewelry in The Jewel In Giving box in which you received it, and include all other packing materials, including your receipt in which you will be able to write in the authorization code.
Appraisal fees cannot be refunded.
Expedited Shipping charges will not be included in your refund.
Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit that will be issued via email once the jewelry return has been received.
Your return MUST be dropped off at an authorized Fedex or USPS location.
Your return cannot be left outside for pick-up nor can it be dropped off in a Fedex/USPS box, a receipt is needed.
If you choose to use a different shipping method to return your purchase, we cannot be held responsible or liable.
Once the jewelry return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed in approximately 5-7 business days.
