Each piece of jewelry that is priced $1,000 and above includes a GIA Graduate Gemologist signed Appraisal. If you would like an Appraisal for a jewelry item that is less than $1000, there is a $100 fee per item. You may add an Appraisal to your order on the product page. 12.5% of each Appraisal is also designated to the selected charity.

You have 20 days after receiving your purchase, to make a return. You must call us at 1-800-778-5380, and select "Returns" from our automated system. An operator will assist you in processing your return.
Any items purchased with any kind of engraving or personalization we cannot accept any returns with the purchase being final. Rings ordered with specific ring sizes can be returned.
Once you receive the email from [email protected], you will be able to print out your return label and return packing list. Please return the jewelry in the original "The Jewel In Giving box". Appraisals that have been included with items that are above $1000 need to be returned as well. Pack the jewelry with the return packing list in an accepted Fedex box and affix the return label to the outside of the sealed box.
You must drop off your package at an authorized Fedex shipping facility. No packages can be left outside for pick-up and no packages can be dropped into a Fedex Drop Box.

Our lifetime warranty covers anything that is due to pure defect of the manufacturer. If your jewelry piece is defective due to wear and misuse that would cause broken pieces and stones to fall-out, then the lifetime warranty would not apply.
Yes, we have GIA Graduate Gemologists that are trained experts in diamonds, gemstones and all types of jewelry. It is under their guidance, that we can assure our customers that the diamonds are not lasered, treated or enhanced and that the gemstones are all natural. Yes, every time you make a purchase, you are able to choose a different charity to designate the donation to. If you have an account with us, you may select or change your designated organization on your account page or at checkout, you can select the charity from the drop down menu before completing your purchase.

In the event you need to return your jewelry purchase, 12.5% is not deducted from the amount that is refunded to you. You will receive a refund for the full purchase price.
